About the role
• Support and manage operations across online grocery and quick delivery platforms • Handle product listings, inventory coordination, and performance tracking to ensure smooth day-to-day operations • Manage operations across quick commerce platforms • Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and availability • Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning and order fulfillment • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment • Track daily and weekly sales performance • Support execution of platform promotions and campaigns • Work with platform representatives to resolve operational issues • Prepare basic reports using Excel or Google Sheets
Requirements
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce or quick commerce • Basic understanding of online marketplace operations • Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external teams • Preferred: Experience working with quick commerce platforms • Preferred: Familiarity with inventory or supply chain processes
