  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of performance review cycles, employee training initiatives, and engagement programs.
  • Generate routine and ad-hoc HR metrics reports to track attendance, turnover, and other workforce indicators.

  • Demonstrated professional experience working in a human resources generalist, advisory, or coordination capacity.
