By using the InterviewFlowAI web application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

InterviewFlowAI is a part of AXONFLOW INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED.

AXONFLOW INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Violation of any of the terms below may result in suspension or termination of your account. You agree to use the service at your own risk.

1. Account Terms

2. Billing and Payments

• A valid payment method is required for paid InterviewFlowAI services after the trial period expires.
• The service is billed in advance and is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Fees exclude taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you are responsible for those amounts where applicable.
• Updated rates, when applicable, will be applied automatically in the next billing cycle.
• Downgrading or canceling may result in loss of data or features.

3. Cancellation and Termination

• You can cancel your subscription from the subscription area of the web app.
• If you cancel before the end of your billing period, your cancellation takes effect immediately and you will not be charged again.

• Content associated with a deleted account may be permanently removed and cannot always be recovered.
• AXONFLOW INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for misuse, risk, or legal reasons.

4. Modifications to the Service and Prices

• We may modify or discontinue the service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.
• Service prices may change with reasonable prior notice communicated through the website or product.
• We are not liable for modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

5. Artificial Intelligence and Fair Use

• AI Outputs: The service uses artificial intelligence to generate interview questions, screen candidates, and provide analytics. While we aim for useful outputs, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy or completeness and you are responsible for reviewing outputs before making hiring decisions.
• Fair Use and Rate Limiting: Use of the service is subject to fair use limits. We may throttle or temporarily suspend accounts that create unusual load or disrupt the experience for other users.
• Prohibited AI Use: You may not use the service to automatically generate content for training other machine learning systems or reverse-engineering our proprietary workflows.

6. Data, Privacy, and Compliance

• Data Management: We retain and manage data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Candidate Consent: You are responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from job candidates before processing their data or subjecting them to AI-driven evaluations, consistent with local employment and privacy laws.
• Security: User data is stored using industry-standard security measures and access controls.
• Right to Erasure: You can request permanent deletion of personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Marketing and Promotional Use

• By using the service, you grant AXONFLOW INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your company name, logo, and trademarks solely to identify you as a customer on our website and in promotional materials.

8. General Conditions

9. Limitation of Liability and Warranties

AXONFLOW INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED does not warrant that the service will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AXONFLOW INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of, inability to use, or decisions made based on the service.
