About the role

We’re looking for a Founding Full Stack Engineer to help build the future of AI-powered hiring at InterviewFlowAI. You will work directly with the founders to design, build, and scale core product features, AI workflows, integrations, and infrastructure. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys moving quickly, solving complex problems, and building products from 0 to 1. As an early team member, you’ll have significant influence over the product roadmap, engineering culture, and technical architecture.

Requirements

* Strong full-stack development skills. * Experience building and shipping real-world products. * Proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript. * Experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, and modern web development. * Comfortable using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Windsurf, Lovable, Bolt, v0, or similar tools. * Strong product intuition and customer-focused thinking. * Ability to learn new technologies quickly. * Excellent problem-solving skills. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
