About the role

InterviewFlowAI helps companies conduct AI-powered candidate interviews at scale. Our platform automates screening interviews, evaluates candidates consistently, and helps hiring teams reduce time-to-hire while improving candidate experience. We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to help us drive organic growth and outbound pipeline generation. As a Growth Marketing Associate, you’ll be responsible for growing our organic presence through SEO while also building outbound campaigns that generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities. You’ll work closely with the founders and have a direct impact on customer acquisition and revenue growth. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys both analytical and creative work, is comfortable experimenting, and wants to join a fast-growing AI startup. Requirements

* 1+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or outbound lead generation. * Strong understanding of on-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, and link building. * Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Google Search Console. * Experience running cold email campaigns and outbound prospecting. * Familiarity with lead sourcing tools such as Apollo.io, Clay, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator. * Ability to write compelling outreach emails and SEO-focused content. * Understanding of SaaS growth metrics and B2B marketing funnels. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience working in startups is a plus.
