Yoodli pricing explained
Yoodli sells to two audiences. Individuals, including job seekers, pick a published plan. Companies buy Team or Enterprise plans on a quote.
| Plan | What's included | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 5 lifetime sessions; session data may be used to improve the platform | Free |
| Pro | Up to 10 role plays a week; live AI role plays; feedback on uploaded recordings | $8/month billed yearly ($11 monthly, per AI Tools Bakery) |
| Advanced | Unlimited role plays; data excluded from AI training; reimbursement letter | $20/month billed yearly ($28 monthly, per AI Tools Bakery) |
| Team / Enterprise | Unlimited custom role plays per user; team and manager dashboards; rubric-based scoring; assignment; SSO, SCIM, audit logs; LMS, CMS and HRIS integrations | Custom |
AI Tools Bakery notes that Yoodli's "Save 40%" badge works out to about 27–29% off the monthly price. For teams, Outdoo, a competitor, reports a quote of about $600 per user a year with unlimited usage, a 72-hour trial sandbox, and that reassigning a seat erases its history. We couldn't verify those figures, so ask Yoodli for a quote.
What InterviewFlowAI costs for role plays
InterviewFlowAI charges $1.99 per scored AI role play. If a session can't be scored, for example because the call was too short or failed for technical reasons, it isn't charged. There are no seat fees, setup fees or annual commitments. See InterviewFlowAI pricing.
Cost examples
Training: 10 people for a year
Yoodli: 10 people on individual plans cost $960 a year on Pro or $2,400 on Advanced, without team dashboards or rubric scoring. On a Team plan, it's about $6,000 a year if the competitor-reported quote holds.
InterviewFlowAI: $1.99 per scored role play, with no seat fees or annual contract.
The catch: each person gets one attempt at each InterviewFlowAI role play, so practising the same scenario again means creating a new or cloned role play. For frequent practice, Yoodli's individual plans are cheaper and built for it.
Hiring: 100 candidate role plays a month
Yoodli: not applicable. Its public pages don't describe a way for employers to send role plays to candidates.
InterviewFlowAI: $1.99 per scored role play, with no seat fees or annual contract. A first-round AI interview for each candidate can run on the same platform.
How the two compare in practice
Who each tool is for
Yoodli is a communication and role-play coach used across sales, management, support and public speaking. It names Google, Salesforce, Snowflake and Korn Ferry among its customers, reports more than a million learners, and partners with LHH and Spencer Stuart to give candidates interview practice. InterviewFlowAI is a hiring platform: recruiters run AI interviews, then send the strongest candidates a scored role play.
Bottom line: Yoodli helps people practise. InterviewFlowAI helps employers assess.
Building a scenario
Yoodli's Create feature builds learning journeys from a prompt, with personas, context, a rubric and objections, and its AI coach Cora gives feedback. Exec, a competitor, reports multi-persona role plays with up to three characters. InterviewFlowAI drafts a scenario, character and criteria from a plain-English description, with three difficulty levels, six personality sliders, up to 15 hidden facts and a cold-call mode.
Bottom line: Yoodli builds practice journeys. InterviewFlowAI builds one controlled scenario every candidate faces the same way.
Scoring and feedback
Yoodli is known for delivery analytics such as pacing, filler words and body language, and adds rubric-based scoring on Team plans. One G2 reviewer wrote, "I really wish there were more quantitative data points in the reports", and Outdoo, a competitor, says Yoodli scores delivery over substance. InterviewFlowAI scores 3 to 12 weighted criteria into a 0–100 score with must-pass rules, a recommendation from Strong yes to No, and timestamped evidence from the recording.
Bottom line: Yoodli coaches how people speak. InterviewFlowAI scores what a candidate does in the conversation against your criteria.
Hiring workflow
Yoodli's interview scenarios let a job seeker paste a job description and practise with an AI interviewer. Its public pages don't describe an employer screening dashboard as of 11 October 2026. In InterviewFlowAI, you send role plays to candidates in your AI interview pipeline or by CSV, each candidate gets one attempt with no account, and results land in their candidate report and a PDF.
Bottom line: for screening candidates, InterviewFlowAI is the tool built for the job.
Training depth
Yoodli offers repeat practice (up to 10 role plays a week on Pro, unlimited on Advanced and Team) and real-time coaching inside meetings. InterviewFlowAI gives each person one attempt per role play and has no meeting coaching.
Bottom line: for ongoing communication practice, choose Yoodli.
Integrations, security and setup
Yoodli integrates with Zoom, Meet, Teams, Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, Docebo, Seismic, Highspot and Workday, supports SCORM and LTI, and lists SOC 2 Type 2, GDPR, SSO and SCIM. InterviewFlowAI is self-serve: you draft a role play from a prompt, publish it and send invites, with ATS integrations for AI interviews on Growth and above.
Bottom line: Yoodli fits an enablement and L&D stack; InterviewFlowAI fits a recruiting stack.
