How much does Hyperbound cost?
Hyperbound doesn't publish prices. Its Free plan includes prebuilt role plays and example scorecards; Practice and Perform are quoted per user and licensed separately. Vendr reports a median Hyperbound contract of $12,000 a year (range $11,680 to $30,624). Outdoo, a Hyperbound competitor, reports quotes of $70 per user per month at 50 seats. Checked 11 October 2026.
The decision at a glance
- Choose Hyperbound if you train a sales team on cold calls and discovery every week, want real customer calls scored on the same rubric, and need CRM, Gong or enablement-tool links.
- Choose InterviewFlowAI if your main job is screening candidates before interviews, your hiring volume changes month to month, or you hire for roles beyond sales, such as support, account management or team leads.
- Pricing difference: Hyperbound is per user and quote-only (Vendr median $12,000 a year). InterviewFlowAI charges $1.99 per scored role play, with no seat fees.
- Can you use both? Yes. You could screen candidates in InterviewFlowAI and train the people you hire in Hyperbound. The two jobs barely overlap.

Hyperbound pricing explained
Hyperbound's pricing page shows three plans and no prices, and paid plans go through a demo. According to a September 2026 reading of the page by AIToolsBakery, Hyperbound prices per user, sells Practice and Perform as separate licences, offers volume and multi-year discounts, and lists a data export API, EU data residency and implementation services as paid add-ons.
| Plan | What's included | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 45 prebuilt AI role plays and example scorecards (older listings mention 9 free bots with unlimited call time) | $0 |
| Practice | Custom AI scorecards and coaching, reporting and analytics; Seismic, Highspot, WorkRamp, Workday, Okta, Rippling, Slack and Teams | Quote, per user |
| Perform | Real-call scoring, deal coaching, CRM and conversation intelligence, call capture; Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Gong, Zoom, Orum | Quote, per user, separate licence |
What teams report paying
| Source | Figure | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Vendr | Median $12,000 a year; range $11,680–$30,624 | Third-party purchase data (no deal count or date shown) |
| Outdoo, a Hyperbound competitor | $70 per user per month at 50 seats; $63 at 150 seats | Quote reported in August 2026 |
| Prospeo | About $100–$250 per user per month | Third-party estimate |
Hyperbound doesn't publish a seat minimum or contract length, and we found no public information on how candidates are licensed when you use Hyperbound for hiring. If you plan to send role plays to applicants, ask Hyperbound whether each candidate counts as a user.
What InterviewFlowAI costs for role plays
InterviewFlowAI charges $1.99 per scored AI role play. If a session can't be scored, for example because the call was too short or failed for technical reasons, it isn't charged.
There are no seat fees, setup fees or annual commitments. See InterviewFlowAI pricing.
Cost examples
Hiring: 100 candidate role plays a month
InterviewFlowAI: $1.99 per scored role play, with no seat fees or annual contract. Candidates don't need accounts or licences, and the same platform can run a first-round AI interview before the role play.
Hyperbound: there isn't enough public information to price this. Candidates join a Recruiting Org as members and Hyperbound is priced per user, but its help articles don't say whether candidates use paid licences. Ask before you commit.
Training: 10 reps for a year
Hyperbound: at Outdoo's reported $70 per user per month (a 50-seat rate, so a 10-seat team may pay more), 10 reps would cost about $8,400 a year. Vendr's median contract is $12,000. Both are estimates.
InterviewFlowAI: $1.99 per scored role play, with no seat fees or annual contract.
The catch: each person gets one attempt at each InterviewFlowAI role play, so practising the same scenario again means creating a new or cloned role play. There are no leaderboards, LMS links or real-call scoring. If your reps practise daily, Hyperbound is the better tool for that job. For a wider view, see our guide to AI role play software.
How the two compare in practice
Building a scenario
Hyperbound's bot builder starts from a call type (cold call, discovery call or focus call), then lets you set the persona, emotional state, company and objections. PitchMonster, a competitor, says Hyperbound can also build personas from call transcripts or a LinkedIn profile. InterviewFlowAI starts from a plain-English description: the AI asks a few clarifying questions, then drafts the scenario, character and scoring criteria for you to edit. You can set the difficulty, six personality sliders and up to 15 hidden facts that the character reveals only when the candidate asks, or probes deeply. Seven templates cover sales and non-sales situations, including a frustrated customer escalation, a production incident and a difficult feedback conversation.
Bottom line: Hyperbound has more sales-specific ways to source personas. InterviewFlowAI gives finer control over what the character hides and how it behaves, and covers roles outside sales.
Scoring and evidence
Hyperbound scores calls with AI scorecards (custom on paid plans) and keeps recordings and transcripts. InterviewFlowAI scores 3 to 12 weighted criteria from 0 to 5 and combines them into a 0–100 score. Mark a criterion as must-pass and a low score flags it and sets the recommendation to No. Each report shows the recommendation (Strong yes to No), whether the objective was met, strengths, gaps, red flags, the hidden facts uncovered, and evidence that jumps to the right moment in the recording. Reports export to PDF. There's no automatic pass mark: your team decides who moves forward.
Bottom line: both score against your criteria. InterviewFlowAI's reports are designed to be compared across candidates and shared with hiring managers.
Hiring workflow
Hyperbound documents a recruiting setup: create a recruiting bot, attach a scorecard, share the bot link with applicants, then review scores, recordings and transcripts. It recommends a separate Recruiting Org where candidates join as members, with the leaderboard and similar calls hidden. Its help articles don't cover ATS integration, attempt limits, anti-cheating or how candidates are priced.
In InterviewFlowAI, you can send a role play to candidates already in your AI interview pipeline, to up to 50 people added by hand, or to a CSV of up to 500. Each person gets a unique link, needs no account, and has one attempt. Candidates see a brief, any materials you add and the call length before they start. Results appear in the role play report, the candidate's InterviewFlowAI report and a PDF. ATS integrations (Greenhouse, Ashby, Teamtailor, Workable and Recruit CRM) are available on Growth and above for the AI interview pipeline.
Bottom line: Hyperbound can run sales candidate screens. InterviewFlowAI is designed around them.
Training depth
This is Hyperbound's home ground. It's built for repeated practice, with leaderboards, competitions, certifications and, on Perform, scoring of real customer calls. Outdoo, a competitor, credits its cold-call voice realism and reports that Perform scores calls from Zoom, Gong, Meet and Teams. Hyperbound's help centre covers multi-party role plays, and ZoomInfo reports up to four AI buyers in one call plus screen-share demo practice. InterviewFlowAI doesn't offer real-call scoring, leaderboards or LMS links, and each person gets one attempt per role play.
Bottom line: for ongoing rep coaching, choose Hyperbound.
Integrations, security and setup
Hyperbound shows SOC 2 and GDPR badges on its pricing page. Practice connects to enablement, identity and collaboration tools; Perform adds CRMs, Gong and dialers. Its G2 scores for ease of setup (9.9) and support (9.9) are high, though Outdoo reports that full setup can take around two weeks. InterviewFlowAI is self-serve: you draft a role play from a prompt, publish it and send invites from your account.
Bottom line: Hyperbound fits a sales tech stack; InterviewFlowAI fits a recruiting stack.

Switching from Hyperbound for hiring
Most teams won't move everything. They'll move the hiring job and keep Hyperbound for rep training.
- What transfers: your scenario briefs, persona descriptions, objections and scorecard criteria are text. Paste them into InterviewFlowAI's prompt and criteria and the AI drafts the role play.
- Recordings: Hyperbound's free plan lets you download and share calls one at a time (GetApp). Bulk export uses Hyperbound's paid data export API.
- What you rebuild: scorecards become weighted criteria; decide which ones are must-pass.
- What stays in Hyperbound: rep practice, leaderboards and real-call scoring.
How we compared
We checked Hyperbound's pricing page, product pages and help-centre articles on 11 October 2026, plus G2, GetApp, Vendr, AIToolsBakery, ZoomInfo, Outdoo, PitchMonster and Prospeo. Hyperbound publishes no prices, so every Hyperbound figure on this page is third-party data or an estimate, labelled as such. Frequently asked questions
Which AI role play platform offers a free trial?
InterviewFlowAI provides a 7-day free trial. Sign up with an eligible business email to get full access to the platform, including AI role plays, AI video interviews, resume screening, assessments and candidate reports, with up to 5 scored role plays with real candidates. After the trial, role plays cost $1.99 each, with no seat fees or annual contract.
Does Hyperbound publish its prices?
No. Hyperbound's pricing page lists Free, Practice and Perform plans without prices, and paid plans are sold through a demo. Hyperbound prices per user and licenses Practice and Perform separately. Vendr reports a median contract of $12,000 a year (checked 11 October 2026).
Is there a free version of Hyperbound?
Yes. The Free plan includes prebuilt AI role plays and example scorecards. A September 2026 reading of the pricing page counted 45 prebuilt role plays; older listings mention 9 free bots. Custom scorecards and real-call scoring need a paid plan.
Can you use Hyperbound to assess job candidates?
Yes. Hyperbound's help centre describes sharing a recruiting bot link with applicants and reviewing scores, recordings and transcripts in a separate Recruiting Org. It doesn't document ATS integration, attempt limits, anti-cheating or how candidates are licensed.
How much does an AI role play cost in InterviewFlowAI?
$1.99 per scored role play. Sessions that can't be scored aren't charged, and there are no seat fees.
Can InterviewFlowAI replace Hyperbound for rep training?
Not fully. InterviewFlowAI works well for scored skill checks, but each person gets one attempt per role play, and it doesn't offer leaderboards, LMS or CRM links, or real-call scoring. For daily practice, Hyperbound is the stronger choice.
Can candidates retake an InterviewFlowAI role play?
No. Each person gets one attempt per role play, so every candidate is assessed under the same conditions. A call that can't be scored isn't charged, but it can't be retaken either. You can invite the same person to a different role play.
Does InterviewFlowAI decide who to hire?
No. Each report gives a 0–100 score and a recommendation from Strong yes to No, with evidence from the recording. There's no automatic pass mark and candidates don't advance automatically. Your team makes the decision.
Which ATS does InterviewFlowAI work with?
On Growth and above, InterviewFlowAI integrates with Greenhouse, Ashby, Teamtailor, Workable and Recruit CRM for AI interviews, plus Zapier. Role-play results appear in the role play report, the candidate's InterviewFlowAI report and the PDF export.
