What InterviewFlowAI costs for role plays

InterviewFlowAI charges $1.99 per scored AI role play. If a session can't be scored, for example because the call was too short or failed for technical reasons, it isn't charged. There are no seat fees, setup fees or annual commitments. See InterviewFlowAI pricing.

Cost examples

Hiring: 100 candidate role plays a month

InterviewFlowAI: $1.99 per scored role play, with no seat fees or annual contract. Sessions that can't be scored aren't charged.

ReflexAI: there isn't enough public information to price this. Vendr's median contract of $129,714 a year isn't tied to a number of candidates or simulations, so we show it as a typical annual contract only.

Training: 10 agents for a year

InterviewFlowAI: $1.99 per scored role play, with no seat fees or annual contract. Sessions that can't be scored aren't charged.

The catch: InterviewFlowAI gives each person one attempt per role play, runs by voice only, and has no QA, software simulations or cohort dashboards. For regulated training programmes, ReflexAI is built for that job.

How the two compare in practice

Building a scenario

ReflexAI configures personas by issue type, frustration level and behavioural cues, and its no-code Studio builder launched in May 2025. Simulations can include software overlays in CRMs, health records and ticketing systems. InterviewFlowAI starts from a plain-English description: the AI asks a few clarifying questions, then drafts the scenario, character and criteria. You set the difficulty, six personality sliders and up to 15 hidden facts with reveal rules. Templates include a frustrated customer escalation, a production incident and a difficult feedback conversation.

Bottom line: ReflexAI simulates the whole job, including the software. InterviewFlowAI focuses on the conversation and covers roles outside the contact centre.

Scoring and evidence

ReflexAI scores empathy, accuracy, tone and protocol adherence, and can build custom weighted scoring models from your QA rubrics, with cohort dashboards. InterviewFlowAI scores 3 to 12 weighted criteria into a 0–100 score with must-pass rules, a recommendation from Strong yes to No, timestamped evidence from the recording and a PDF export.

Bottom line: both use weighted criteria. ReflexAI ties scoring to QA; InterviewFlowAI ties it to the candidate report.

Hiring workflow

ReflexAI's August 2025 hiring blog describes simulations that adapt to candidate choices, tailored by job family, seniority, competency and regulation, with candidate comparison dashboards, delivered to "dozens or hundreds of candidates at once". Candidate access, attempt rules and ATS integration aren't documented on its public pages as of 11 October 2026.

In InterviewFlowAI, you can send a role play to candidates already in your AI interview pipeline, to up to 50 people added by hand, or to a CSV of up to 500. Each person gets a unique link, needs no account and has one attempt. ATS integrations (Greenhouse, Ashby, Teamtailor, Workable and Recruit CRM) are available on Growth and above for the AI interview pipeline.

Bottom line: ReflexAI markets hiring simulations; InterviewFlowAI documents the candidate flow end to end.

Compliance, languages and setup

ReflexAI lists SOC 2, HIPAA, HITRUST, GDPR and ISO 27001, supports 25 or more languages, and names customers including Square, Pearson, One Medical and the VA. G2 reviewers report about two months to implement. InterviewFlowAI is self-serve: you draft a role play from a prompt, publish it and send invites from your account.

Bottom line: for healthcare and crisis-line compliance, ReflexAI is the stronger choice.
