How much does Solidroad cost?
Solidroad doesn't publish prices on its site. Vendr, a third-party purchasing platform, reports a median Solidroad contract of $23,175 a year, with a low of $14,715; Vendr shows the same figure for the high and median, which may be a display error, and doesn't date the data. Treat it as a typical annual contract, not a list price. Checked 11 October 2026.
The decision at a glance
- Choose Solidroad if you run a high-volume support or BPO operation, need email, chat or video simulations as well as phone, and want hiring, training and QA graded on one rubric.
- Choose InterviewFlowAI if you hire across sales, support, account management and team-lead roles at moderate volume, want role plays tied to AI interviews, and want published pricing.
- Pricing difference: Solidroad is quote-only (Vendr median $23,175 a year). InterviewFlowAI charges $1.99 per scored role play, with no seat fees or annual contract.
- Can you use both? Yes. You could screen candidates for several roles in InterviewFlowAI and use Solidroad to train and QA your support agents after they join.

Solidroad pricing explained
Solidroad sells through demos and doesn't list plans or prices. The only figures we found come from Vendr, which aggregates purchase data from its customers.
| Source | Figure | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Vendr | Median $23,175 a year; low $14,715 | Third-party purchase data; high shown equal to median (possible display error); data date not stated |
Solidroad's Y Combinator profile describes its ideal customer as a team hiring 100 or more reps a month, which suggests pricing is built for large CX operations. Solidroad doesn't publish a seat model, contract length or how hiring assessments are counted, so ask for those terms in your quote.
What InterviewFlowAI costs for role plays
InterviewFlowAI charges $1.99 per scored AI role play. If a session can't be scored, for example because the call was too short or failed for technical reasons, it isn't charged. There are no seat fees, setup fees or annual commitments. See InterviewFlowAI pricing.
Cost examples
Hiring: 100 candidate role plays a month
InterviewFlowAI: $1.99 per scored role play, with no seat fees or annual contract. Sessions that can't be scored aren't charged.
Solidroad: there isn't enough public information to price this. Vendr's median contract is $23,175 a year, but it isn't tied to a number of candidates or simulations, so we can't turn it into a per-candidate figure.
Training: 10 agents for a year
InterviewFlowAI: $1.99 per scored role play, with no seat fees or annual contract. Sessions that can't be scored aren't charged.
The catch: each person gets one attempt at each InterviewFlowAI role play, it runs by voice only, and it doesn't grade real customer conversations. For ongoing multichannel training and QA, Solidroad is built for that job.
How the two compare in practice
Building a scenario
Solidroad generates a simulation from a prompt or from up to three skills, can pull in backend data such as CRM fields, and lets you choose whether the learner or the customer speaks first. Its difficulty setting changes how much the persona cooperates and how much it hides. InterviewFlowAI starts from a plain-English description: the AI asks a few clarifying questions, then drafts the scenario, character and scoring criteria for you to edit. You set the difficulty, six personality sliders and up to 15 hidden facts with rules for when the character reveals them. Templates include a frustrated customer escalation, a renewal at risk and a production incident.
Bottom line: both give you control over what the customer hides. Solidroad covers more channels; InterviewFlowAI covers more role types outside CX.
Scoring and evidence
Solidroad uses universal or role-specific scorecards, and the same scorecards can grade live conversations for QA. In hiring mode, scores are comparable across every applicant who took the same assessment. InterviewFlowAI scores 3 to 12 weighted criteria from 0 to 5 and combines them into a 0–100 score. A low score on a must-pass criterion flags it and sets the recommendation to No. Each report shows strengths, gaps, red flags, the hidden facts uncovered and evidence that jumps to the right moment in the recording, and exports to PDF.
Bottom line: Solidroad links hiring scores to QA after hire. InterviewFlowAI's reports are designed to be shared with hiring managers.
Hiring workflow
Solidroad's hiring mode gives candidates a shared assessment link with no account, and you choose one attempt or a set number. Its hiring page says only candidates above a certain score progress. ATS integration and anti-cheating aren't documented on its public pages as of 11 October 2026, and its help centre suggests starting with training before hiring.
In InterviewFlowAI, you can send a role play to candidates already in your AI interview pipeline, to up to 50 people added by hand, or to a CSV of up to 500. Each person gets a unique link, needs no account and has one attempt. Results appear in the role play report, the candidate's InterviewFlowAI report and a PDF. ATS integrations (Greenhouse, Ashby, Teamtailor, Workable and Recruit CRM) are available on Growth and above for the AI interview pipeline.
Bottom line: Solidroad offers more attempt control; InterviewFlowAI puts role plays next to AI interviews and resume screening.
Training depth and channels
This is Solidroad's home ground. It trains support and sales teams by email, phone, chat and video in 35 to 36 languages, and grades real conversations with the same scorecards. It lists integrations with Intercom, Zendesk and Gong on its Y Combinator page. Solidroad reports outcomes such as an 18% cut in average handle time at Crypto.com; these are vendor-reported. InterviewFlowAI role plays are voice only, with no chat or email simulations, no QA on real conversations and one attempt per person per role play.
Bottom line: for multichannel agent training and QA, choose Solidroad.
Security and setup
Solidroad lists SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001. It's demo-led. InterviewFlowAI is self-serve: you draft a role play from a prompt, publish it and send invites from your account.
Bottom line: Solidroad fits a large CX operation; InterviewFlowAI fits a recruiting team that wants to start the same day.
