How much does Mindtickle cost?
Mindtickle doesn't publish prices. Vendr reports a median annual contract of $44,356 (range $11,157 to $138,726, February 2026 data), core readiness licences of $100 to $200 per user a year, and onboarding fees of $10,000 to $50,000 or more. Contracts typically run one to three years. ZoomInfo, a competitor, says two-way AI role play costs extra.
The decision at a glance
- Choose Mindtickle if you're an enterprise enablement team, typically 50 or more reps, consolidating training, content, certification and coaching on one platform with deep Salesforce integration.
- Choose InterviewFlowAI if you need scored candidate role plays or lightweight skill checks without a platform rollout, onboarding fee or multi-year contract.
- Pricing difference: Mindtickle is quote-only (Vendr median $44,356 a year, plus $10,000 to $50,000 or more for onboarding). InterviewFlowAI charges $1.99 per scored role play, with no seat fees or annual contract.
- Can you use both? Yes. Many teams would keep Mindtickle for onboarding and training and add a hiring tool for pre-hire role plays.

Mindtickle pricing explained
Mindtickle sells per user, on annual or multi-year terms, after a demo. Its pricing page shows no figures, so the numbers below come from third parties. ZoomInfo, a competitor, describes four packages (LMS, Readiness, Enable and Transform) and says two-way AI role play is excluded from the base packages and costs extra. Capterra shows a "Starting price $15 (Basic)" listing, but the unit isn't stated and it looks out of date, so we don't rely on it.

What InterviewFlowAI costs for role plays
InterviewFlowAI charges $1.99 per scored AI role play. If a session can't be scored, for example because the call was too short or failed for technical reasons, it isn't charged. There are no seat fees, setup fees, onboarding fees or annual commitments. See InterviewFlowAI pricing.
Cost examples
Hiring: 100 candidate role plays a month
InterviewFlowAI: $1.99 per scored role play, with no seat fees or annual contract. You can send the role play to candidates already in your AI interview pipeline, so screening and role play sit in one place.
Mindtickle: not estimable. Mindtickle doesn't document a candidate access model, so there's no public basis for pricing candidate role plays. Ask Mindtickle how applicants would be licensed.
Training: 10 reps for a year
Mindtickle: at least about $11,157 a year at Vendr's low end, plus onboarding fees of $10,000 to $50,000 or more. Vendr's median contract is $44,356. Both are third-party figures, not quotes.
InterviewFlowAI: $1.99 per scored role play, with no seat fees or annual contract.
The catch: each person gets one attempt at each InterviewFlowAI role play, so practising the same scenario again means creating a new or cloned role play. There's no LMS, content management, certification or real-call analysis. If you need a full enablement platform, Mindtickle covers far more ground.
How the two compare in practice
Building a scenario
Mindtickle builds scenarios from a few prompts, and its Copilot can create scenarios and grade them. It offers dozens of out-of-the-box personas and voices, personalised role plays generated from each rep's skill gaps, and, since October 2025, "Real Deal" role plays built from CRM deal data. InterviewFlowAI starts from a plain-English description: the AI asks a few clarifying questions, then drafts the scenario, character and scoring criteria for you to edit. You can set the difficulty, six personality sliders and up to 15 hidden facts that the character reveals only when the candidate asks, or probes deeply. Seven templates cover sales and non-sales situations, including a frustrated customer escalation, a production incident and a difficult feedback conversation.
Bottom line: Mindtickle personalises role plays from rep and deal data. InterviewFlowAI gives finer control over what one character hides and how it behaves, and covers roles outside sales.
Scoring and evidence
Mindtickle scores talk ratio, pace, filler words, value selling, competitive differentiation and custom methodologies. Outdoo, a competitor, says it supports MEDDPICC and CHAMP, and ZoomInfo, another competitor, says reps get private feedback and can retry before a manager reviews. Mindtickle reports more than 2 million practice sessions, averaging about three minutes. InterviewFlowAI scores 3 to 12 weighted criteria from 0 to 5 and combines them into a 0–100 score, with must-pass rules, a recommendation from Strong yes to No, evidence that jumps to the right moment in the recording, and a PDF export. Calls run 3 to 15 minutes.
Bottom line: Mindtickle is tuned for repeated short practice by reps. InterviewFlowAI is tuned for one longer, comparable assessment per candidate.
Hiring workflow
Mindtickle published a guide to using AI role play in sales recruiting in July 2026. It describes candidates talking to an AI buyer on their own time, "as many times as the process allows", scored on talk-to-listen ratio, pushback handling and MEDDPICC, and says: "The recording and the breakdown inform the decision; they don't make it." It also flags New York City's Local Law 144. The guide doesn't explain how candidates get access, how they're licensed or how results reach an ATS.
In InterviewFlowAI, you can send a role play to candidates already in your AI interview pipeline, to up to 50 people added by hand, or to a CSV of up to 500. Each person gets a unique link, needs no account, and has one attempt. Results appear in the role play report, the candidate's InterviewFlowAI report and a PDF. ATS integrations (Greenhouse, Ashby, Teamtailor, Workable and Recruit CRM) are available on Growth and above for the AI interview pipeline.
Bottom line: Mindtickle describes a recruiting use. InterviewFlowAI documents the mechanics of one.
Training depth
This is Mindtickle's home ground: an LMS, content, a Readiness Index, automated certification thresholds, pitch competitions, badges and leaderboards, plus Behavior Intelligence on call recordings and a separate Call AI product. InterviewFlowAI doesn't offer any of these, and each person gets one attempt per role play.
Bottom line: for ongoing enablement, choose Mindtickle.
Integrations, security and setup
Mindtickle has deep Salesforce integration, and ZoomInfo, a competitor, lists more than 100 integrations including Dynamics, Teams, Slack, Zoom, Webex, Meet, Outreach, SCIM, a REST API and Snowflake, plus ISO 27001, 22301, 27701, 27017, 27018 and 42001, SOC 2, HIPAA and GDPR. G2 reviewers report about two months to implement, and a Capterra reviewer said it "felt a bit overwhelming at times, especially during the initial setup". InterviewFlowAI is self-serve: you draft a role play from a prompt, publish it and send invites from your account.
Bottom line: Mindtickle fits a large revenue tech stack; InterviewFlowAI fits a recruiting stack.

Adding InterviewFlowAI alongside Mindtickle
Role play is one module of Mindtickle's suite, so most teams won't replace it. They'll add a hiring tool for the pre-hire step.
- What transfers: scenario prompts and objection lists are text. Paste them into InterviewFlowAI's prompt and criteria and the AI drafts the role play.
- What you rebuild: scoring becomes weighted criteria; decide which ones are must-pass.
- What stays in Mindtickle: onboarding, content, certifications, the Readiness Index and conversation intelligence.
